Plugin Settings Mobile Reference

Global mobile sidebar placement, breakpoint, collapsed blocks, and layout options.

This Reference page covers the Mobile tab in Plugin Settings. It is a manual draft for the full option Reference, not a standalone public release of the whole Reference set.

These settings control global mobile layout behavior. Floating mobile popup availability is documented separately in the Floating Reference and remains a held pricing-confirmation item.

Mobile Layout

Move Sidebar to Top

  • Public label: Move Sidebar to Top
  • Location: Plugin Settings > Mobile > Mobile Layout
  • Type: Toggle
  • Default value: Off
  • Shown when: Always.
  • Availability: Free
  • What it does: Moves a sidebar filter above products on mobile layouts.
  • When to use: Use it when a theme sidebar would otherwise appear below products or become hard to access on mobile.
  • Side effects / performance notes: Moving filters above products can push product cards lower in the first viewport.
  • Related options: Default Mobile Breakpoint, Collapse Blocks on Mobile, Mobile Layout.

Default Mobile Breakpoint

  • Public label: Default Mobile Breakpoint
  • Location: Plugin Settings > Mobile > Mobile Layout
  • Type: Number
  • Default value: 768 px
  • Shown when: Always.
  • Availability: Free
  • What it does: Sets the viewport width where mobile filter behavior begins.
  • When to use: Match it to the theme's responsive breakpoint when possible.
  • Side effects / performance notes: A mismatch with the theme breakpoint can create awkward tablet layouts.
  • Related options: Move Sidebar to Top, Floating Devices, Mobile Layout.

Collapse Blocks on Mobile

  • Public label: Collapse Blocks on Mobile
  • Location: Plugin Settings > Mobile > Mobile Layout
  • Type: Toggle
  • Default value: Off
  • Shown when: Always.
  • Availability: Free
  • What it does: Starts filter blocks collapsed on mobile.
  • When to use: Use it when mobile filters are long and need a compact first view.
  • Side effects / performance notes: Collapsed blocks rely on clear titles and toggle behavior so shoppers understand what is hidden.
  • Related options: Hide By Title Click, Show Title Label (Mobile), Mobile Layout.

Mobile Layout

  • Public label: Mobile Layout
  • Location: Plugin Settings > Mobile > Mobile Layout
  • Type: Select
  • Default value: Accordion / Stacked / Tabbed
  • Shown when: Always.
  • Availability: Free
  • What it does: Chooses the global mobile presentation pattern for filter blocks.
  • When to use: Use Accordion for compact browsing, Stacked for simple lists, or Tabbed when many groups need separation.
  • Side effects / performance notes: Tabbed and accordion layouts should be tested for keyboard access and long labels.
  • Related options: Collapse Blocks on Mobile, Default Mobile Breakpoint, Floating Devices.
